How to submit the financial application?

There are only a few steps involved in the application process.

First, go to the course you want to apply for.
Open the main page of the course. Adjacent to the Enrollment button, there is a small clickable link 'Financial aid available'. If you do not see this link, then financial aid may not be available for that course (I have been using Coursera for more than three years. Financial aid is always available, except for degree credited courses). Note: this option may not be available if you are viewing the page in mobile browser or mobile application. Switch to the desktop version.
Click on the link i.e., financial aid. A popup will appear.
Read the instructions and click continue.
Agree to the terms and conditions.
Enter your background information.
Next comes the time-consuming step. These three questions are important to answer. The word count for the first two questions is 150 words each, and the third question can be a single line.

a. Why are you applying for Financial Aid? (150 words minimum required).

b. How will taking this course help you achieve your career goals? (150 words minimum required).

c. Would you consider using a low-interest loan to pay for your courses? If you answered no, please help us understand why.
Submit your application. You do not need to write an impressive application. Just answer the question in honest and humble words. They don’t reject any application most of the time. Writing 300 words for a professional course should not be an issue.
